Harriet Slater, Arsema Thomas, Tom Brittney to Star in ‘Fall 2,’ Coming in Early 2026

Harriet Slater (Tarot), Arsema Thomas (“Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story”), and Tom Brittney (Greyhound) will reach new heights in Fall 2.

Due out in early 2026 through Lionsgate, the sequel to the 2022 surprise hit survival thriller wrapped production in Thailand earlier this year.

Michael & Peter Spierig (Predestination, Jigsaw) direct from a script by Fall writers Scott Mann (who also directed the original) and Jonathan Frank.

Overwhelmed by her sister Hunter’s death, Jax (Slater) connects with Luce (Thomas), Hunter’s fearless friend. To heal, they attempt the infamous plank walk of Mount Kwan in Thailand. After a sudden rockslide leaves them stranded on a fragile plank 3000 feet in the air, Jax must confront her deepest fears and fight for survival to find closure.

The film reunites producers Mark Lane and James Harris of Tea Shop Productions (47 Meters Down), Capstone Studios’ Christian Mercuri, David Haring, and Mann via the Flawless banner.

“We are delighted to be working with the extremely talented Spierig Brothers and this incredibly dynamic cast to introduce the next chapter in the Fall franchise,” said Tea Shop’s James Harris. “With Michael and Peter’s vision we hope to bring a bigger and even more vertigo inducing experience to audiences.”

“We were huge fans of the first film and couldn’t wait to continue the journey,” added The Spierig Brothers. “Our aim was to capture the same intensity that Scott Mann and his team established in the original, while adding new, layered characters who will connect with audiences as they endure extreme and terrifying heights.”

Fall 3 has already been greenlit, with Mann returning to write and direct.
