‘S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl’ Coming to PlayStation 5 in “Late 2025” [Trailer]

The Xbox exclusivity for GSC Game World’s post-apocalyptic open-world FPS S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl appears to be almost up, as the developer has announced that the game will launch for the PlayStation 5 “in late 2025.” In addition to the PlayStation 5 version being able to take advantage of the DualSense controller features, including haptic feedback and adaptive triggers for “deeper player immersion,” Heart of Chornobyl will receive “further technical enhancements” for the PlayStation 5 Pro.
The Chornobyl Exclusion Zone has changed dramatically after the second massive explosion in year 2006. Violent mutants, deadly anomalies, and warring factions have made the Zone increasingly difficult to survive. It turns out that the center of the Zone hides a source of incredible power. Nevertheless, artifacts of unbelievable value attracted many people called S.T.A.L.K.E.R.s, who entered the Zone for their own risk striving to make a fortune out of it or even to find the truth concealed in the Heart of Chornobyl.
You play as one such S.T.A.L.K.E.R., exploring the 64-km² radioactive zone to define your destiny. Meet members of different factions deciding who of them is worth your friendship, and who deserve a bullet in this highly branching epic story.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl launched for Xbox Series and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG last November after several tough delays, but was rewarded with over one million copies sold in a matter of days after its release.
