‘Scared Shitless’ Trailer Pits Plumbers Against Toilet Monster in Horror-Comedy

Don’t forget to flush: there’s a bloodthirsty creature prowling toilets in the new trailer for horror-comedy Scared Shitless.

Blue Fox Entertainment releases Scared Shitless in theaters and on Digital on October 3, 2025.

In the film, “Don, a blue-collar plumber, and Sonny, his germaphobic son, are forced to take care of one another after the death of Sonny’s mom. To help Sonny overcome his germaphobia, Don drags him out on a routine house-call where they encounter a plumber’s worst nightmare… a vicious killer creature that’s swimming through the pipes, killing the building’s tenants in an increasingly grisly fashion.”

Steven Ogg (“Grand Theft Auto,” The Walking Dead, Westworld), Daniel Doheny (Alex Strangelove, The Package, Syfy’s Day of the Dead), Chelsea Clark (Degrassi: Next Class, Tokens, Ginny & Georgia, The Protector, Life with Luca), and Mark McKinney (The Kids in the Hall) star in Scared Shitless.

Scared Shitless is directed by Vivieno Caldinelli and written by Brandon Cohen.

“From the opening frame to the post credits tease, the overall vision of Scared Shitless is a contemporary spin on the classic ‘monster in the house’ horror genre that oozes 80’s and 90’s VHS shocker. Complete with hand-crafted practical effects and wryly written dark comedic elements, the tone is a balancing act of jump in your seat scares, laugh out loudset-pieces, and blood splattering gore–All while keeping the audience entertained and engaged in the conflict,” Caldinelli said in a director’s statement.
