Tend to Your Aquatic Patients if You Dare in ‘Shark Dentist’ [Trailer]

In what can only be described as “amazing” by our own John Squires, Alice Games has announced Shark Dentist, a short, intense roguelike horror title that tasks you with the obvious deed of tending to sharks and their teeth in a claustrophobic clinic deep underground. With the obvious hazards that go along with it.
Inspired by games like Buckshot Roulette and films like Jaws and Saw, Shark Dentist is straight to the point: Your task is to treat the teeth of these sedated giant predators in a dark clinic while avoiding their deadly aggression. You’ll need to balance tactics, luck, and limited resources to heal your patients, lest they decide to take their annoyance out on you.
Shark Dentist will have you treating randomized tooth problems, all the while managing oxygen levels, pulse monitors, anesthesia doses, and more. You’ll interact with your patients and their palete with authentic dental equipment (if an angle grinder is considered dental equipment). All the while, you’ll also have to deal with unpredictable events, from tool malfunctions, sudden pain spikes and random “debuffs” to keep you on your toes.
While there’s no release date as of yet, you can wishlist the game on Steam.
And in the meantime, if you’ve got a hankering for shark horror gaming, why not check out developer Collin’s Sharks and Minnows?
