PS5, Xbox Series Demo for ‘Hell Is Us’ Available Now

Turnabout’s fair play when it comes to Rogue Factor’s Hell Is Us. After Steam users got their chance with the demo back in June, it’s now PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series owners’ turn to run around in the demo. This new demo (which is also on Steam) sports new features, quality-of-life improvements, and refined gameplay from the June version.

As before, the Hell is Us demo includes the entire first chapter, offering about an hour and a half of content, and possibly even more for those curious and eager enough to find some of the game’s many secrets.

The updates to the demo include new camera options, inventory optimisations, performance enhancements, and even a Photo Mode. You can check out the changes here.

Combining melee combat, exploration and a captivating story, Hell is Us sees players take on the role of Rémi, a protagonist on a quest to find his origins in a country ravaged by civil war. The country’s almost total autarky conceals a dark secret: the recent appearance of strange creatures reminiscent of ancient headstones and monuments in the region. Armed with weapons specially forged to fight these monsters, Rémi must learn how to defeat them and use his equipment wisely.

Hell is Us will launch September 4 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC via Steam.
