Fright-Rags Gets Radioactive with ‘The Toxic Avenger’ Reboot Shirts

The hero we need now is coming in The Toxic Avenger, and Fright-Rags has the first official apparel from the reboot of the Troma cult classic.

Three radioactive designs by Jared Moraitis and Kyle Crawford are available on super soft 4.5oz 100% pre-shrunk ringspun cotton tees for $33 each.

They’ll ship the week of August 15 to ensure arrival in time for The Toxic Avenger‘s unrated theatrical release on August 29.

The fresh take on the 1984 superhero horror-comedy is written and directed by Macon Blair (I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore).

Downtrodden janitor Winston Gooze is exposed to a catastrophic toxic accident, transforming him into a mutant vigilante. Toxie must rise from outcast to savior, taking on ruthless corporate overlords and corrupt forces who threaten his son, his friends, and his community. Peter Dinklage (“Game of Thrones”) stars with Kevin Bacon (Friday the 13th), Elijah Wood (The Lord of the Rings), Jacob Tremblay (Doctor Sleep), Julia Davis (Phantom Thread), and Taylour Paige (Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F).
