Horde Mode Now Available for ‘Zombie Army VR’ [Trailer]

Rebellion has sweetened the deal for Zombie Army VR players with a new free update that adds a Horde Mode to the game. As it sounds, the update adds a new mode to allow players to go at it alone or with a friend against increasingly dangerous waves of the undead  across four new gruesome maps.

Available now, the update is accompanied by a new trailer showcases the nail-biting action, precision gunplay and brutal melee that players will experience in the new mode. The update also the new Black Ice and Toxic Hazard weapon skins to the game, along with legendary Deadhunters Marie and Boris.

Set before the events of Zombie Army 4, Zombie Army VR sees you return to the field as one of the Deadhunters, an elite squad that is hunting down zombie war criminals. You will fight your way through undead hordes near the bombed-out city of Nuremberg and help Hermann Wolff, the Deadhunter’s legendary leader, find his scattered family and fight to free Europe from the zombie apocalypse.

VR brings a new level of immersion to the action of the Zombie Army series. Use both hands to aim down the sights of your rifle and line up that perfect shot at range. When things get up close and personal, you can use your gun to bludgeon the undead, or scour the environment for items to use as melee weapons. You will also need to master reloading drills as the undead hordes bear down on you from all sides.

Zombie Army VR is available now on PlayStation VR2, Meta Quest 2 and above, and selective PC headsets via Steam.
