Max, a rebellious 20-something, is sentenced to community service at a quiet retirement home as the on-site superintendent. It could be a fresh start for Max — if he plays by the one rule: never, ever visit the residents on the fourth floor.

As Max begins to question the staff’s treatment of the patients, he uncovers a chilling secret… with ties to his own troubled past.

DeMonaco directs from a script he wrote with Adam Cantor. Bill Block (Halloween 2018, District 9) produces.

John Glover, Bruce Altman, Ethan Phillips, and Marilee Talkington round out the cast.

DeMonaco told Bloody Disgusting, “The last 25 minutes is my favorite thing I’ve ever put on film. It’s incredibly visceral, bloody, and fun. I think you’ll be cheering in that last act in a way that I haven’t done in any of my films before.”
