Meet Bloody Disgusting at Flashback Weekend in Chicago This Weekend!

As we shamble towards the 25th anniversary of Bloody Disgusting next year – more on that very soon! – we are planning on pumping up our con presence in the coming months, and the first stop is the Flashback Weekend horror convention in Chicago, Illinois this weekend!

Taking place at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago from August 1 – 3, 2025, Flashback Weekend will play host to everyone from Robert Englund to the stars and creators of the Terrifier franchise, and we’re excited to announce that Bloody Disgusting will also be there!

You can come say hi to Team Bloody Disgusting at our own booth on the convention floor, where we’ll be handing out BD stickers and even selling a limited batch of BD t-shirts.

Flashback Weekend Chicago Horror Convention celebrates its 24th year with an extraordinary celebrity guest line-up including the legendary Robert Englund, a series of themed reunions paying tribute to key horror films from the golden age of ’80s, modern slasher film series, visionary horror directors, horror innovators, and Chicago born horror legends.

Flashback Weekend will provide horror fans the opportunity to meet these horror legends, get their autographs and take photos with them, hear them discuss their work, shop for horror memorabilia in a huge vendors room, enjoy after-parties, and major horror events, all in one of the largest and most beautiful and elegant convention hotels in the world.

David Howard Thornton and Damien Leone will be taking part in a massive Terrifier 3 reunion, alongside Lauren LaVera, Elliot Fullam, and more. James A. Janisse and Chelsea Rebecca from the mega popular Dead Meat will also be at Flashback Weekend, and they’ll be hosting a special “Inside the Kills of Terrifier 3” presentation live on stage.

Joe Dante, Dee Wallace, Devon Sawa, Kane Hodder, Danielle Harris, Adam Green, and Spencer Charnas are just a handful of the other big names attending this year.
