Chris Stuckmann’s ‘Shelby Oaks’ Rated ‘R’ for “Violent Content/Gore” and “Suicide”

Who took Riley Brennan? YouTube film critic Chris Stuckmann makes his feature debut with Shelby Oaks, and the film has received an “R” rating from the MPA this week.
Shelby Oaks has been rated “R” for “violent content/gore, suicide and language.”

Shelby Oaks is about missing paranormal investigators, the dark legacy they uncovered, and the far-reaching effects their investigation has as Mia searches for her sister Riley, the lead paranormal investigator, 12 years later. The film’s official synopsis continues…

Horror master Mike Flanagan (Doctor Sleep, “The Fall of the House of Usher”) recently came on board the upcoming Shelby Oaks as an executive producer. Flanagan, Trevor Macy and Melinda Nishioka of Intrepid Pictures joined the team as producers.
